   • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and customized or altered items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

2. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Exchange:

4. Return Shipping:

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
   • In case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
   • We may require photographic evidence or return of the item before issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
   • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
